As part of a major housing development being built on the site of an old hospital near Norwich, twenty nine shared ownership houses were developed by Landspeed Developments.  Gaskell acted as Employer's Agent, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Coordinator on this £2 million scheme which was fully completed in February 2007.
