St Michael on the Mount Church, Lincoln

The Diocese of Lincoln has appointed Gaskell to undertake Quantity Surveying and CDM services on a new 16 bedroom Boutique Hotel and office suite for the Bishop of Lincoln.

The 16th century, Grade II listed church stands within the shadow of Lincoln Cathedral and The Old Palace. The new facility will provide additional accomodation to the already established Hotel and conferencing facility operated at The Old Palace along with office accomodation for the Bishop of Lincoln and his staff.

The Contractor, Gelder of Lincoln, are now appointed and will be starting work on site next month. The scheme is due to be complete in late Spring 2012.
