This new BREEAM 'excellent' office facility, located on Innovation Park, Jubilee Campus, Nottingham is being funded by the University of Nottingham for the tenancy of the Institute of Mental Health (IMH). The new building will include laboratories, training rooms, offices and meeting rooms for use by the IMH.

Construction started in summer 2011, with completion due in summer 2012.
