The Company was founded by Alan Gaskell in 1995 to provide an all round construction management service to corporate public sector and private sector clients.
Following early success Alan was joined by his co-directors, Martin Lill, Simon Rhodes, and Simon Molsom who continue to drive the business forward. Their philosophy is based on a totally professional approach that ensures the Gaskell team is focused on co-ordinating and delivering quantifiable benefits to every project.
Gaskell recognise the need to be adaptable and provide flexible, practical solutions in response to the client’s objectives and project requirements whilst maintaining traditional standards of professionalism and integrity.
Over the years, Gaskell has contributed substantially to the success of projects in healthcare, education, retail, manufacturing & distribution, commercial, leisure and residential sectors.
