The Project:
Five detached five bedroom houses located within a well regarded residential area on the outskirts of Leicester.
Traditionally constructed the propoerties have piled foundations with precast concrete suspended ground floors; upper floors and roof structure are timber, the roof is finished with plain tiles.
Internally the premises were finished to a high standard with gas fired central heating, modern kitchen and bathroom fittings, decorative wall tiling and floor finishes.
Gaskell provided a feasibility report to the funder, Regentsmead, prior to works commencing and then monitored progress during construction to enable interim payments.
