The Project:
Gaskell was appointed to refurbish and alter a 19th century four storey former office building in central Wellingborough to form sixteen, one and two bed apartments.
After initial feasibility and survey, Planning Permission was obtained, working drawings prepared and Building Regulation approval sought with work commencing on site in May 2015.
Works include: strip-out including asbestos removal; removal of several internal walls; fire and acoustic separation of apartments; new service installations; installation of kitchens and bathrooms; complete redecoration.
