The Project:
Set in a stunning river side location River Crescent is a curved seven storey block comprising 146 apartments, residents’ lounge/business suite, health club, pool, gym and basement parking for 158 cars.
The development includes renewable energy features including wind turbines to supply power to the communal areas and a heat pump to utilise energy from the river to heat the swimming pool.
The site is landscaped to a high standard and includes a new access road, Waterside Way, along with a dedicated cycle path and riverside footpath.
Since its completion in July 2008, this Franklin Ellis Architects designed, development has won awards in three categories, Architecture, Best Development and Best Apartment, at the Daily Mail UK Property Awards and also won Best Overall Apartment at the Nottingham Evening Post New Home Awards.
