The Project:
The village of Bassingham, Lincolnshire had been served for many years many years by a practice of doctors from an extended house which was reaching the end of its useful life. This was replaced by brand new surgery premises complying with all the latest standards on an adjacent site.
Facilities included reception, waiting area, consulting rooms, offices, pharmacy and a minor operations unit and was designed and built in accordance with the District Valuer’s specification.
The project was procured under a Design & Build contract and Gaskell was appointed as Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors.
